Payment and Account Activation
After signing up on ApplyKite, your account will be activated by default in the Free plan.
In the Free version, you can use the dashboard and different sections, but there are some limitations, such as:
- Number of study positions
- Number of professors
- Usage of Kite AI
- Support
By upgrading to the Pro or Premium version, these limitations will be removed, and you’ll have full access to all services.
Purchase Pro or Premium Account
To purchase, simply log in to your account, go to the Subscription section, and choose your desired plan:
- You can select a plan on a monthly or yearly basis
- The Pro version has no limitations, and all ApplyKite features will be unlocked
- Details of the differences between plans and services are available on the same page

If you have a discount code, enter it in the specified field
- Click the Checkout button to go to the payment page
⚡ After the correct transfer, the system will verify your account status, and your account will be activated within a few moments.
Frequently Asked Questions
I made the payment, but my account is not activated
If you transferred the correct amount but your account is not activated, just contact support (email or Telegram) to activate your account.
I want to upgrade from Premium to Pro
It’s possible; the remaining balance of your current plan will be transferred to the Pro plan.
Will my data be deleted after upgrading my account?
No, whether your account is Pro or Free, all your data and searches will be preserved.
Can I test before purchasing?
By logging into the dashboard, you can use all ApplyKite features for free (with limitations).
I activated my account but haven’t used it at all, can I request a refund?
⚠️ By default, refunds are not available.
However, if 24 hours have passed and you haven’t used the account, you can submit a ticket via support (Telegram or Email) to request a review.
