  • To begin, fill out the request form and complete the required steps.
  • The session process for both services is as follows:
    • After submitting the form, a consultation session will be created for you.
    • During the consultation, your situation will be reviewed based on your needs and circumstances.
    • Note: After you submit the form, you only pay for the consultation session.
    • Any additional costs will be applied only after you confirm that you want to use specific services.
    • After the consultation, you can change the type of service you selected.

  • At this step, pay the consultation fee based on the instructions and the provided bank card details.
  • Then upload your payment receipt.

1) What’s the difference between Consultation, Mentoring, and Full-Service (0 to 100)?

  • Consultation: Answers specific questions or reviews one focused part of your application (e.g., CV review or choosing a country).
  • Mentoring: Step-by-step guidance with a mentor throughout your entire application journey.
  • Full-Service (0 to 100): Our team handles the full application process, and you only make the final decisions.

2) Do you support Master’s, PhD, and Postdoc applications?
Yes. We provide full services for all three levels: Master’s, PhD, and Postdoc.

3) Do you offer visa consulting as well?
No. We focus only on academic applications and do not provide legal or immigration advice.

4) How is the right mentor selected?
We match you with a mentor based on your field, goals, and personal situation to ensure the best fit.

5) How are prices calculated?
Pricing depends on case complexity, degree level, target country, and the required workload. Instead of fixed pricing, we provide customized pricing per case.

6) How long does mentoring last?
It depends on your application timeline. Usually it lasts from a few weeks to several months until the process is completed.
