Set your goals
When you start, ApplyKite asks a few short questions. Your answers decide what you see: the opportunities, the roadmap and the help that suits you. It takes about two minutes.
The questions
- Where do you want to study? One country or a few.
- What do you want to apply for? Bachelor's, Master's, PhD or PostDoc.
- Your education so far. From high school to PostDoc.
- What do you want to study? Pick your subject.
- What's your nationality? Some scholarships, fees and services depend on it.
- Do you have a language test result? IELTS, TOEFL, Duolingo or another test. It's fine if you don't have one yet.
- When do you plan to start? September, January or May.
- How much can you pay for tuition each year? From under $5,000 to more than $30,000, or "Nothing. I need full funding."
If you answered these questions on applykite.com before signing up, your answers come with you and you skip straight to your plan. Select Do this later to leave and finish another time.
You can change any answer later from Home → Edit goals.
Choose how to apply
After the questions, ApplyKite shows three routes side by side, with the same facts for each: who handles the application, the support included and the cost.
- ApplyKite Twin: you apply yourself, with the Twin's help. Free to start.
- With an expert: you apply yourself, guided by a mentor. Paid per session.
- Apply For Me: our team applies for you for eligible programmes.
One route is marked as a good place to start for you. You can pick any of them, and change your mind later from Home → Change how I apply.
One last step
If you choose ApplyKite Twin, you're asked one more question that makes its help personal:
What is your research interest? Choose one:
- Upload my CV (PDF or Word): your topics are read from it, and your profile is filled in for you.
- Choose topics: search and pick them yourself.
You can add or change your CV later in Settings → Profile.
If you choose Apply For Me, you're asked for your WhatsApp number so the team can reach you.
Then your roadmap is ready: the stages from finding where to apply to your visa, with your first steps.
